      I opened my first real bank account as of yesterday after 5 yrs, and I’m absolutely mind blown. Nicole Sanders was the one to actually handle everything and I swear it was such a blast. It was like I’ve known her for years, she never skipped a beat and she was just so fun to deal with. If everyone working could do what she did yesterday, the world would be such a great place. I am so grateful to be treated like a human and have so much fun and I was literally laughing the whole time with her. Thank you so much for such am amazing experience. I highly recommend 10/10

      This branch has very nice tellers all 1 ot 2 of them on busy days. I don't think there OK with customer's that need to do banking in a building with a person. Better be really good at online banking (forget about cash) to use this branch they don't have time for anything else. It really looks like there trying to close this branch but having a hard time getting rid of the customer's that have used them most of there lives. 😕

      This place has the worst customer service ever! My son and I waited over an hour and still weren't helped. All the while one lady was just walking around doing nothing. I don't bank with Chase, I'm so glad I don't because it's worst customer service ever. We got up and left with no help in resolving out issue with them sending a check 3 weeks ago!
