      I personally know of 5 business owners who are so angry at this branch (Bethel) who are turning away their clients' deposits. These tellers are being told that if the deposited checks do not precisely match the account name ie "LLC; Corp. Etc... its not the tellers fault on Durant Ave but the fault lies with the Branch Mgr and her trainee. I called other branches and explained what was going on and I was told to go to another branch and that this particular branch has had complaints. When is corporate going to work on customer service and customer relations at that branch?? So what that the absolute full business isn't on the check? You can see the history of deposits. Everything is scanned...

      Chase bank is my preferred bank. This ATM is always open 24/7, the people inside are extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and the building is extremely clean. I like this one more than the one in Fairfield personally.
