  First time here. Was greeted by a really nice lady after I walked in. I needed a cashier's check. I was also a new customer and needed to reset my pin. Less than 5 minutes later I was out the door. Awesome service!

  First time physically walked into a Chase banking store, after sitting down for 3 minutes I was told by a rep that they can not assist me today with name change on credit card, fully booked appointments, and was asked to come back after calling to schedule appointment, at the same time one rep was walking around getting coffee, two reps were in one office talking loudly about how to manage offshore properties they own with only one customer sitting in the waiting area. This is too busy? I have banked with Bank of America for decades and I have never made an appointment before, always seen by a rep within 10 minutes of waiting. If this is the way Chase treats their customers, I will need to find another bank in addition of Bank of America.

  I just made an account with them, and had some trouble cashing my paycheck due to my legal name. Mr. O'Connell went above and beyond to help me sort the situation out. And I got my paycheck cashed in a matter of days. I absolutely love their custmer service in general. Everybody is very nice at the branches, and makes sure all the custmers are helped at all times. I am excited for my financial journey ahead with Chase Bank.
