      I made an online appointment to open a bank account and when I arrived at the bank they told me there was anyone to open a bank account for me even if I’m having an appointment. I spent time and money to arrived at the bank and no one helped me.

      I have been with Chase for over then year. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service from the Bishop Chase. They are completely sub par compared to other Chase Banks. I have been with Chase for years and the last two private client bankers that I worked with in Long Beach & Florida always responded or at least pointed me in the right direction. Emails & phone calls blatantly ignored. Contacted the manager Debra to address my concerns. She made every excuse in the book from short staff to Covid to being on vacation. I'm sorry but the complete lack of customer started before the pandemic. I chose Chase for a reason, because of the Chase Private Client features. My next closet branch is in Minden, Nevada. It's absurd that I have to deal with an out out of state branch because of the incompetence of our local branch.
