      These people are the rudest most incompetent people I have ever encountered at a bank. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be aggravated.

      I scheduled an appointment for a check that was endorsed to me and Chase Auto Finance from my insurance company due to a claim from a hailstorm back in early April and because it was over $2500, it requires the lean holder to also endorse the check. Well I was told that they don't handle that here and my only option would be to mail it in to Chace Auto Finance instead. Well after bouncing around with different phone calls, I was told that there was no reason for mailing it in since it was under $10,000 and that the bank tellers should have handled this transaction for me. Nevertheless, I was not given the correct reasons other than the lack of customer support. I should have looked at the the customer reviews from this bank first before wasting my time. Update: After having another conversation with Chase Auto Finance and this Chase branch location, they decided to honor my check transaction with the necessary endorsement that I needed. So I added 2 more stars. Thank you.
