      The bank was totally up to snuff excluding a working ATM for the drive thru. Which in in turn set me on a path inside the branch. That’s when a Harris County Sheriff told me I should put my cash away ($40). I agreed and told him my hip was killing me and he said your shoe is untied. I said I couldn’t bend to tie it. He insisted on tying it for me. It practically brought me to tears. Thank You, Miguel Villadares dist 2 Safer and kinder world with you in it!😎👍

      I am an account holder for ten years. The bank would not provide a Medallion Signature service saying they only provide this service if you have an Estate Account with Chase I'm another occasion I asked for notory services and the branch refused saying they would not notorized anything that required a witness. There are way better online banks, if a brink and mortar bank can not provide routine service of a brink and mortar then find another bank.

      I asked them for someone to help me refinance my house, they told me that the person who does it at that time was not there but that I should leave my data and he would call me. It has been more than 1 week and nothing And months have passed and there is still NOTHING!!!
