  Our staff has gone to this bank to get documents notarized and we are consistently witnessing terrible customer service. Staff is rude and impatient with guests. An older woman was struggling with the ATM and instead of being helped kindly she was spoken down to in a condescending and demoralizing way. Simply put they are acting mean to customers for no good reason. Bank is always empty yet it takes a very long time to be helped. This is the only chase bank I've had a terrible experience with

  OMG well i’ve never written a review before because, who cares about our opinions anyway right? lol but I have to share I had the worst experience of my entire 15 years banking with Chase here… obnoxiously rude woman refused to notarize something (process takes literally 1 minute) for my mother and I because I SLID my ID to her… after exchanging some words due to my intolerance to her aggressive attitude towards my mother and myself, she then asked her coworker to come over and speak to me, and the coworker responded “oh you want me to get into this”??.. as if there was a schoolyard fight breaking out LOL something out of middle school!! I have had my fair share of bad days working in restaurants, none of us are perfect, but this was seriously horrendous behavior.. Something i’ve learned is we don’t get paid to take our inner aggression out on the customers we serve, and negativity should earn you NOTHING
