  Got something notarized that US Bank on 28 refused to do. The difference between the 2 was that she pulled out a separate piece of paper that could be notarized. There’s the “cans” and the “cannots”, I’m sure you can figure it out. The young lady was very nice, cordial, and even recommended a nice restaurant in Evendale.

  I will never come to the chase branch again, each time I come here there is an older woman working and she is literally the worst. Super rude, short responses, and acts like me being there is an issue. Now as a waitress I first off, have a lot of cash to deposit weekly and secondly have a pretty good grip on what good customer service is, and this branch is lacking. Today I was making a deposit and used the drive up window, I watched 2 cars leave before me as they were prioritized for some reason and then after sitting there for 5 minutes another women gave me my cards back and told me to "don't forget you can make deposits in our atms". . . No, I'm not going to a walk up ATM with anywhere between 200-700 dollars to deposit and considering you work here and that is literally your job to put money into accounts you probably shouldn't say snarky remarks to guests. The Eastgate chase is so much better and taking a 15 minute drive there won't seem as long now because I'll be treated as a guest there and not a nuisance.
