      Can't downvote this place enough.... Martin Ramos does not value customers, or their time. I was told that my time is less important than other customers that may walk in. Went in today, the only day I could due to work, to change my name. The teller said she could do it at the window because "it doesn't take that long," but her "manager" said not to. Talked to a banker named Martin Ramos. He tells me there is no manager there today. Strange... So turns out Martin Ramos simply told the teller not to do it because he doesn't want the line to get long. Basically telling me that serving my banking needs is less important than anyone else that walks in. Complained to corporate about Martin Ramos, nothing will probably happen, looks like the manager and Martin are related (same last name, nepotism much?)
