      It's amazing how a branch from such a well regarded organization can be so poorly run. The tellers seemed confused by simple task and the branch manager seems totally uninterested when issues arise. I went to Chase to make a simple deposit. The teller seemed confused and after 10 minutes told me the check wouldn’t clear for 11 days. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would get him. I waited a few minutes and saw that she started servicing other people but hadn’t called anyone. I approached another person and asked for a manager. He told me he was the manger. When I asked him why it would take 11 days to clear a check he said “Chase is a big bank with many layers and that is just the way it is". If I had known Chase was this incompetent I would never have opened an account with. Big banking at its worse!
