      I went to this branch on Bergen blvd after the branch in north Bergen couldn’t help me. I came here and I must say this branch is great. Elsa Pajares in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help with my emergency. She was kind and understanding and worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciate it and will be making this my main branch. Thanks guys !

      VERY VERY RUDE STAFF. Chase executive office if you see this, fire everyone at your ridgefield NJ branch . Manager and down. I've been living in this town for decades. Always used chase bank. Little by little the staff became more rude and nasty. Now 2022 , it's gotten so bad that I'm this close to closing my accounts with your bank. I currently go out of my way 15 minutes to palisades park chase because this ridgefield branch is horrible. And the worst part is, I live right by it. And dont even go anymore. I'm close to closing my accounts. Unless things change soon. And these stuck up staff get fired immediately
