Your fees haven’t changed but your customer service is the pits. Needed to open an account and needed an appointment!! 🤷🏻♀️ come on put people back in the bank.. both of our local branches were closed to drive here and nope worst customer service ever!!!

SUPER problematic. I had to reopen 4 different accounts and they were call closed for stupid reasons, leaving me unable to touch my money. Worst of the worst. Never coming back. Not to mention everyone at the branch clearly doesn’t know how to do their job.
