  Came in to open a new account. Was told that I needed to make an appointment. I asked some basic questions, what are requirements for free checking. Neither of the ladies present could give me that information. Said they were not allowed. They could print out what would amount to a mini book of the banks policies but could not answer that question. They said if someone cancelled I could have the next appointment which was at 2 o'clock. I said great, can you call me if that happens. Nope, I would have to wait there an hour to see if the 2 o'clock appointment would show. They told me I could go online and open the account. If I wanted to do that I would have not walked into the branch. I walked from my nearby office. Never did I imagine opening a new account would be such a hassle. That alone showed me how Chase treats it's customers and I walked right over to Bank of America where I was greeted and assisted right away by two friendly employees.

  03/25/2022, at approximately 14:18 army time per the receipt, I withdrew $1,500.00 with Michell; but NEVER received the funds! I was immediately asked to leave due to the lights going out without my money. Although $1,500.00 was taken out of my account I never received any funds! The receipt says I was assisted by Michelle. I was traveling from TX, and needed my funds however although taken out of my account, I didn’t receive a dime. I was told they would call me. I left my number. I asked that they give me a call, and to date I have not received a phone call! This is NOT acceptable! I demand my $1,500.00 that I did NOT receive ia immediately deposited back. I called customer service and getting the run around. I will be seeking an attorney on Monday.
