      Good experience on a busy afternoon. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was kind and welcoming. The banker was efficient and courteous. The mask and distancing policy was in effect.

      The big guy in the front acted as if he didn’t see us come in. Just based off that alone made us feel like we should be there. Then they told us we couldn’t open an account until an hour later when not one customer was in the bank.

      I called in to this branch to make an appointment for a business credit card and the gentleman that answered the phone just abruptly hung up. He said he can't do any appointment until next week I asked had there hours changed due to covid he gave the hours and abruptly hung up. This is unprofessional he could have said thanks for calling is there anything else you need assistance.
