      Steven Lo stationed at the entrance today was absolutely professional and incredible! I came in with a situation at hand that I didn't know to deal with and explained it to Steven, he was extremely helpful and let me know how to handle it. Also the tellers were very friendly as well! Definitely will come again, thank you guys again for the great experience!

      They don't want to pay out my money and giving bogus reasons. Then, they even lock my account for no reason. Is it safe to keep money in the bank? They don't have money because they invest it? I had to go to another branch and they fixed it there. However, I know the management and supervisors somewhere in the main branch on the other side of the phone line were the culprit.
