      I came to this branch at 4:30pm on 6/6/2022 to open a checking account, they told me that they close in 30 min and can't assist me with it today. They did not have a single customer in the bank. Lazy and don't care attitude.

      I had the worst experience at the branch 5/12. They are so self serving to the point where they are unwilling to carry out standard financial services. I came to get a signature guarantee or medallion stamp to prove my identity for TreasuryDirect. A very rude and snooty man comes out to tell me that they can only stamp certain types of documents to avoid risk so it’s a no. I then ask if they can exchange foreign currency. The lady tells me no because it has a fold and it will be a black mark against her if she accepts it. Are you serious?! This branch needs a reality check in customer service. Avoid chase bank. We’ll be moving to BECU
