      Terrible customer service there. Today I needed a notarized document and the guy there was negligent not helpful and of course didn’t notarized my document. It was a big difference when a found in my other bank (Bank of America) the help that I was looking for .

      I got married and I went there to change my last name on my account/credit cards. The guy that helped me was a young guy about 25-30. He only changed it on my debit card, and I asked him about my credit cards. He told me that if he changed on 1, the rest would change. Well I just got my new cards, the debit card was changed, but my 2 credit cards still had my maiden name. So I guess he was wrong. He also wasn't friendly from the start. I was trying to be nice to him, make jokes, laugh, just be friendly. He wasn't having any of it. Very serious.
