In this 19th Ave. Melrose Park Chase Bank, the personnel have been friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. The Manager, Zoraida Rodriguez, is always available to assist and answer questions l have asked, even if they are out of her way, the best Manager, knowledgeable and professional, The tellers, Samantha, Lis, Yolanda and Alex, are very helpful with a smile that always make me feel welcomed. My Chase Private Client, Adoracion Medina, who has been my mentor and advisor has provided, strategies of my professional accounts.       I cannot believe there is no one able to answer a phone in the bank for over 2 hrs And no one to return a call.

      I took 5k To deposit !! I counted 4 times before I went deposit lady grab my money put it on the machine and magically it was missing $100 she didn’t wanna count manually im 100% sure she stole my $100 bill smh !!!
