  More cashier was so helpful. And when I couldn't do a particular transaction, she explained to me that I could do it on my app and how to do it!! Which was incredibly awesome and easy.

  Very bad this place is always closed and the ATMs do not work keep in mind that it is the only bank here in the bathrooms

  Very poor quality service. I asked Darla or whatever name sounds like, if I could open a new account; Darla told me she was supposed to take an appointment right away. Nobody came, after 30 minutes of waiting finally a man who's name is Richard Magdaleno came to me. Asked me if he could help me.. I was there to get a check book, and open a new account and honestly I felt like if I was going to ask this guy for a favor. Or like if he was going to open an account with his own money... Zero interest, and seem to just be willing to get rid of me.. The guy pretty much told me that I could do those things on my computer at home... I have been there before but I recall the person who helped last time was super nice, I also remember he told me that he actually worked in one of the turlock locations, but he was there assisting. I understand is Saturday and they all want to go home, but they get pay to help the bank's customers. I was the only customer there.
