      Complete waste of time using chase as a bank, They care absolutely 0 % and give 0 answers or knowledge of why an action is made 10 day hold on a check that has been deposited for over 2 Years , they do however give you 800 number to call and help you, that does nothing but waste hours on hold for an answer that makes 0 sense and helps you understand nothing, but being bounded around hung up on and left to wonder why your son who needs meds won’t get those cause of a reason you can’t get a good reason , get a hometown bank and forget the big corporate banks .

      terrible customer service. they removed the drive through so you have to wait at the atm outside, and the machine wasn’t even taking all my money before. i waited for 20 mins inside to talk to banker at a desk so i just got up to leave. ridiculous.
