      Very upset with the service provide by the teller Miguel! I went in to do a simple deposit with cash back, however I was forced to do what Miguel wanted me to do he didn’t even try to process my transaction as requested instead he said we can’t do cash back only deposit, I asked him why!? He couldn’t answer then responds with the check gets canceled after we try it with cash back (not true) acting as a collection agency! Wasn’t aware CHASE was a collection agency. Sadden to see how his biased thoughts got in the way. He wasted my time and gave false information as to when funds were going to be available!
