  This is by far the most friendliest bank ever they are so eager to please the customers always smiling and nothing is ever a problem come in and use this bank it’s the best bank Even just to say hello to those nice people it’s worth it

  It is always a pleasant time when I’m here. This is my go to Chase bank because it has great costumer service and very knowledgeable staff especially Jhoseline. Jhoseline is the best!!!

  Recently came into Chase to open up a business checking account for my small business I recently started. I met with Jhoseline, who was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed, and seamlessly putting together everything for my account. She was also very patient when I did not bring the correct information, allowing me to come back a half hour later to complete the process. I was originally looking to work with an online bank as they tend to have low/no fees and other perks, but I am glad I decided to go in person with Chase. The potential perks are great should I pursue any other activity (credit cards, promotions) and I'm glad to have a super friendly and helpful contact in Jhoseline should I ever need more assistance.
