      I love this bank, they have done everything they can to help me and it's been amazing, I pay all my bills with auto pay and I love zelle it makes it so easy to send money to my kids. Thank you Chase for being so helpful!!!

      Updated. Made appointment for notary public, to find out that none of the Chase allegedly will notarize a court-filed recorded document, I'm told. The person I made an online appointment could easily have contacted me in advance and asked the type of document and would have saved me an hour lunch trip. Why publicize notary public if you're going to excllude services? I am growing weary with Chase Bank. Too many rules and exceptions, have been a customer for decades, long before locally it was Chase bank. AFNB, it was back then. Updated. no safe deposit boxes. Awk awk. spelunking. Original I have had no issues with the bank machine at this location. I wish it dispensed other denominations than $20 bills though (I know of 2 other locations that do). I went in to get quarters and customer service was very courteous. At the moment I don't have any reason to give a lower or higher rating than 4, which is good rating.
