      We have just moved to Arizona from Oklahoma. We started a new job here, so our first check was paper. They wouldn’t cash my wife’s check because she still has the old CDL that expires this year. They tried to say they looked up the drivers license for Oklahoma and couldn’t find it but yet I had no problem using google. They cost us time and inconvenience because Chase bank wouldn’t accept a FEDERAL DRIVERS LICENSE. Don’t worry, we won’t be opening any accounts there

      One of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. Phone calls are never answered or returned and if by chance you do get someone they pass you to someone else who can't help. Have been trying to work with them for 2 months now and keep getting the run around. Large some of money missing.
