Excellent customer service; very pleasant staff. As soon as I walked in, I was offered help immediately. I was looking for a Notary Public and a customer service representative named Anthony took care of me right away; very professional and caring gentleman. I love the way they treat their clients. I’m very happy with this branch.

This bank had given me lots of attitude...tellers Ana & Veena were downright rude.... I was going there for a long time now never again.. How can a Chase bank operate like this.... The manager was nice at the start but after one of the tellers spoke to him his attitude changed.... I will now go out of my way to bank at other banks now.... For a bank in such a nice neighborhood they should really treat people much better!!!
