  I have both personal and business accounts with this chase branch. Everyone is very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The one person that goes above the top in assisting me through the covid, in which I don't have access to inside the branch has been Diana. Diana, makes sure to get everything accomplished for me even if it meant for her to make numerous trips back and forth from the branch to my car, with a smile on her face! Thank you Diana for all your help! :)

  GO TO ANOTHER CHASE DOWN THE ROAD. We wanted to take out money (larger bills) at the ATM but it would only allow us to take $20, nothing more, nothing less. So we went through the drive through and a lady answered the window. We asked to withdraw money and she, hostilely, demanded a withdrawal slip that we had to fill out. No problem, but the moment we finished filling it out (not even a minute) she disappeared. Now there are cars piling up behind us while we are waiting to withdraw our funds. A man answers the window and asks us what we needed (no better tone than the woman) and takes our slip, doesn't ask any questions and hands us a variety wad of bills. EVERYTHING BUT a $100. We kindly (though they didn't deserve that) asked for $100s instead and handed the money back. We finally got what we needed, but it took a monumental effort for such a simple transaction. Chase, as a long standing customer, I'm heavily disappointed in you.

  Not exaggerating. Over 10 minutes in line on drive up banking and I was the second car on line. Feel bad for the tellers. They’re doing their job.
