  I am a woman holding at least few accounts and my mortgage with Chase. I have a very bad experience about the way I was treated by a young lady names Faby at your branch located at 3875 Merrick Road, Seaford NY 11783. On May 5, 2017 around 4:50pm I walked in the branch to conduct some business and to inquire information I needed to get in touch with the branch manager. The young lady who greeted me was very rude stating "there's no manager here" So I asked for his/her phone to call, that's when the young lady asked me to step aside so she can talk to me which I did politely she asked in a very dry tone of voice " Why do you need this information ? " I answered it's personal that when she said to me " get it on line" as I was exiting I asked a gentleman who was near me for the same information, he was about to give it to me when the same lady called him and he left me standing never came back. I was very offended and I asked one cashier for this man and the young lady's name, she said "Dee for the man and Faby for the lady." woman by the name Faby told me right out do not bring business here. I would like to know why she said that to me. The camera can show everything.

  Two guys who work in the back are very efficient and good with people. Diderot and I forget the other guys name he wears glasses good people and great service. Good branch.
