  Very modern, fast ATMs and the staff is great. I came in to apply for the travel card. Anthony greeted me right away, explained the different cards, and connected me to a banker. Offered me bottled water, made feel appreciated. I received my credit card the next day. Highly recommend.

  I was asked to visit another branch because they were too busy to sit down for 10 minutes and open a checking account with me. (I had all the paperwork and was ready to go) I know it’s busy, and I know the summer can really be a stressful time, but if my time isn’t as important as everyone else’s what’s the point of banking with this branch? Say there for an hour before a gentleman actually informed me there was no room in the schedule for me to talk to someone. I really wouldn’t have mind if I was told before I waited an hour! Seriously, customer service here is below par, and their monthly checking fee is ridiculous for what they offer. Trust me when I tell you, anywhere but here.
