      The absolute worse when it comes to customer service. Ronnie Bruno the bank manager has no people skills what so ever. Doesn't even dress the part (JEANS) and she wears her hair in a tangled mess. Wow Chase you really have lowered your standards. People do yourself a favor and don't use 17 Huntington Square mall East Northport. Also their investment bankers at this branch never come to work or call you back.

      I usually don't go to this Chase but today I did. I was pleased to see no lines. The service unfortunately was not what I am use to. The teller (Annmarie) with the golden hair and bangs couldn't be bothered to speak, greet me, say hi, absolutely nothing because she was on her cell phone the entire time I was being "serviced". My cold, blank stare should have gotten her attention but then again she only looked up once to take my deposit and continue to talk about dogs having worms and how to cook rice. The phone call should have waited until I left. One other customer was around, he fortunately was greeted and treated professionally by the young lady with the pony tail. I hope she's not a manager if she is Chase you have a lot of work to do to get her where she needs to be professionally.
