      Pretty good branch.. multiple modern ATMs and lots of parking

      Said to come into the branch to activate my online banking to see my mortgage account. So I come into the branch and they want me to wait on hold on the phone for an hour. This company is ridiculous, convoluted, and doesn't care about it's customers. If they hadn't bought my mortgage I wouldn't be forced to deal with them but I would never voluntarily choose to work with this bank.
