  have had several immediate issues that needed taking care of in an Urgent manner! Kim has been a God send to me in this regard. The issues I have had have been no short of difficulty. As far as the care and attention she has devoted to each and everyone of these issues is above and beyond. I am a business owner and have done business with chase for over 16 years. I can say In a world that is no longer customer service friendly, she never fails to renew my faith. I would highly recommend this branch for all of your service needs. If I could take her on as a member on my board I would. She deserves a plaque made of platinum. Im not the easiest person to deal with as I have the "everything now" mentality. Kim keeps me loyal to Chase Bank due to her skill set and mannerisms. She maintains a calm disposition and never makes me feel like the impossible is impossible. I have to say, she did not start out as my business banker but seeing her in action makes me wish I could have. Customer service and attentiveness are extremely important to me. She exudes knowledge of this and demonstrates it in her performance. I am BLOWN away in all aspects. There are not many I trust in dealing with my personal nor business matters. But I always feel 100 percent confidence in Kim. She is exceptionally exceptional. JP Morgan, you know my accounts and know the importance of this review.
