      Had issues with their Property Loan Officer (Neil Asmund). I made a formal complaint about him to their Chase Twitter Support account and switched lenders. I thought that was the end of it. Low and behold I later hear from my realtor that the buyer of my house is having issues with his loan officer...the loan officer is refusing to communicate with my realtors. Guess who the loan officer is for my buyer? Neil Asmund. His supervisor (Jen Cheung) must be out on vacation because she won't return our phone calls or emails. I have no other recourse but to start kicking up dust about it... him refusing to communicate with my realtors is childish, petty, unprofessional and is costing everyone time and money (my seller will have to extend their property buy as well as my buyer and I will also have to extend all our contracts to close later). I hope someone in management reads this and reaches out to contact me to resolve this ASAP.

      Account got hacked and they’re not doing anything about it, most likely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
