  4.4 rating with 10 reviews. NOT FRIENDLY. I don't know how they got the 4.4 rating. I specifically went to this Branch because they had the high rating. They were dismissive also. I brought in a bunch of cash. They just threw it all in the cash machine instead of putting it in according to how I had it rubber-banded as I requested. Then one lady said she is just a follower when I was more insistent about my instructions, but then she went on to ignore what I was saying anyway. $500 singles in one bunch came up as $499 on their counting machine. Then it was $20 off at the end total. I had to recount the whole bunch manually. I had let the man behind me go before me because I knew that my transaction probably would take a little longer. I usually do my banking online. And if I have to go in person, I will try to avoid this branch in future.

  Do only two people work here???? Waited in line for 12 minutes, just to ask for a simple wire transfer... Once I got to the front I was told I have to wait for the banker instead because I would hold up the line!! So I go to the banker who is busy with another customer (and was busy with the same customer since before I walked into the building), and I waited an additional 15 minutes before I left without being serviced at all! No one even asked what I needed or that they'd be with me soon. Horrible management of this bank!
