      My first time stepping in this banking center as my mother dealt with an agent David she liked previously. No one to greet or guide members so I just asked the first person I saw about the agent. The «  manager » Thomas yelled at me that I need to step out and have a seat until further assistance and slammed his office door on my face. Then he came out again of his office and scolded me in public in the lobby that I need to wait for the agent I am looking for. David has always helped my mom who is a senior and always went above and beyond to assist her but this manager Thomas is by far the rudest person I have ever seen in a banking center. This guy «snapped » and had zero emotional control and is extremely disrespectful. He could have simply stated that David was not at his office and to wait for him which is pure common sense to wait and all I was doing is simply find out if he was even still working there as my mom was stuck 2 years overseas due to the pandemic. My point is DO NOT DISRESPECT ME !
