  I have worked with Chase now three times for VA mortgage and VA streamlined refinance. Repeated customer because Chase knows how to get the best rate and his care for his customer is clearly evident. Will definitely refinance with his help once rates come down again!

  Chase was a fantastic loan officer throughout the process that assisted us with our VA Home Loan. He gave us the amount we needed with the best rate we could imagine. During the pandemic, it was really hard to find a house we could buy. When we finally received the phone call from the home builder saying that we are the next on the list, the price had gone up so much. We had to ask for more than we were expecting, but chase made it happen. (We asked 2 other companies, but chase gave us the highest amount and the quickest response) Also later, we wanted to increase the loan amount when we realized that we want to upgrade the home, he also did it for us. When we were worried about our complicated income, he explained well to make sure we could qualify. We signed the contract with the builder in October 2021 for new construction, but because it was still building, escrow was supposed to close in April 2022. That was the timing that interest started to go up. He also managed to get us the best rate. He was confident, clear, and easy to reach. I would definitely ask him to help us get a loan if we are buying a house again and introduce him to my friends and family. Thank you so much chase for helping us buy the house!

  I used Chase as a loan servicer for my first house. I was blown away by his professionalism, dedication, kindness, and availability. He was always willing to go the extra step to explain something to me or help me fill out paperwork. I highly recommend him!!
