      Chasin went above and beyond throughout the entire home buying process. He took the time to ask me tons of helpful questions to pinpoint what I was looking for and he was quick to find and send great listings and was prompt about scheduling viewings. I felt completely comfortable and clear throughout the entire process and he answered all of the questions I had so I always knew what to expect before going into the next phase. With his extensive local knowledge, he helped me find my dream home and negotiated on a late Sunday night so that the sellers and I could come to an agreement, and I'm thrilled with the result. He was 100% professional through and through, but also friendly and when offers didn't work out (homebuying during a pandemic hot market--crazy!) he pressed on with positive determination and I'm so happy with the result of my work with him. 10/10 strongly recommend to everyone I know!!!

      My wife and I are first-time buyers and we went with Chasin because he came very highly recommended from a friend of ours. From the beginning, Chasin Prather made our experience super easy and super relaxed--which was all the more difficult because this was in the middle of the COVID pandemic. After our first day of looking at houses, he understood exactly what we were (and weren't) looking for in a home. Chasin was professional, friendly, and responsive to all our (many) questions, even answering late-night emails. He was with us every step of the way and went over EVERY detail with us to make sure we were comfortable and confident in our purchase.
