We rented a house for 4th of July week and were thrilled with the staff's attentiveness and responsiveness during the booking process and throughout our stay. The house was very clean and even better than the description and photos. I would highly recommend booking through them!

The house was great for our two large families. Very clean, updated and had everything we needed. The beach was a little far for our small kids to talk to, but there was plenty of parking at Forest Beach - most days we brought two cars! The fire pit was so nice at night. Chatham Vacation Rentals was wonderful and responsive when we needed help with a power outage one night. We will absolutely rent with them again (maybe even the same house)!
