Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 crisis and the need to ensure our staff and customers safety we have asked that all customers remain inside their vehicle and we will provide our services directly to them. As for "looking up people at other payday loans" all payday advance companies report to the same service to obtain information on applicants and current clients, it is well known that many payday advance company have policies prohibiting multiple loans and/or loans that exceed the recommended debt to income ratio set by the company. Poor Service They ask you to bring in a statement, current paystub, and a check. But they will not allow you to print it at their office. Why wouldn't you have the courtesy to allow your potential customers to print documents on a printer that's right THERE in the lobby? Made me walk right out and go to another payday agency. They're not polite, and are not happy to answer questions. It's almost like the staff prefers turning away customers so they don't have to do their job. Not pleased, I'll never consider this place as a payday option and no one else should either if you read their reviews.
