  I know there have been problems before with other people working there, but I really like Sonja. She has always been courteous and very helpful. From my point of view, she is one of the best that they have had working at this cash place. She takes care of my business in a timely manner. I do not really know the managers as well. A good place to go and easy to get to on Cedar Bluff.

  Very disappointed customer service. I had bank statement, wasn’t good enough for lady at counter who just hated that I needed service she would rather stand outside and talk to friends as help me. She recommended me go to place down the street. Never have I seen such bad service. Wasted my time which I have very little of, working full time and taking care of my elderly mom. Why would u employ someone that turns down business.

  If I could give no stars I would. This is the last place i would recommend going if you need assistance. The woman that works the front is just awful she is always in a sour mood and is judgmental towards clients. If you have an emergency or just need extra money I would not go here.
