      Horrible service. I came in to simply cash a check for $150 since I was near the area and the lady there had a terrible attitude with me. I walked out and didn’t even waste my time with someone that unprofessional. I’m not giving money to a company this bad. Never coming back.

      Theresa judged me immediately based on my appearance. She asked where I got my check from, why I didn't go to the bank..never in my teller years have I ever asked a customer these questions on a $500 check because it wasn't my business. I've been moving from Pa to Fl and had "moving clothes" on so I maybe looked a little stressed but I had proper ID and a perfectly good check from PNC bank. Before even looking at the check she said she had to contact her supervisor first. She took a picture on a cell phone of my personal information and then told me to have a seat. Moments later she said she couldn't cash the check because it was from Pa. I've worked in banking at major banks for years and never heard such a thing, especially when its a PNC check. She made that reason up because she simply didn't want to cash my check. If you don't want pictures of your personal info in cell phones and don't want to add extra stress to your day, go somewhere else.
