  This place is absolutely horrible the customer service is terrible , the way they work slow wouldn’t even describe it. I waited for 30 minutes then when it was my turn they did a little bit of work on verifying my check then asked me to step aside while waiting for confirmation from the big boss or something and ask if they could take the next customer while waiting for a response. I agreed and the next customer was helped , during that time conformation came back and they girl said the big boss said to run it thru the machine. Well after they finished with the person I stepped aside for the girl took two more ppl in front of me . Then I think the store manager came in the front door with a young child with food and drinks there was a huge line of ppl and the other lady didn’t come up to the counter for 15 minutes. When she did she totally disregarded what the guy had told the other girl about running the check and just told me they couldn’t do it. I waited over an hour just to have the store manager come strolling in with her child I assume and then waited for her to eat a meal just to have her totally disregard what the other girl had been working on getting my check verified. This was my second time there with a check from the same person I cashed before, also that first time took over an hour and the store was empty. I will also pay 5$ to everyone who does not go to this store just like the other man stated on one of the reviews. So now that’s 10$ per person and will also save yourself time that these ppl like to waste . Hopefully everyone will read the reviews of this place before going there , there is another check cashing place right around the corner that had no problems cashing my check and I was in and out within 20 minutes while having to wait in line .

  Beverly was extremely helpful her check verification manager is an idiot. I am going to tell everyone I know not to go there because he wasted my time and his employees time for an hour. I have done everything he asked me to do including heading the person send me a screenshot of their available balance of $65,000. The manager Luis is an idiot and needs fired. I will personally give $5 to anyone who was going to go here to go somewhere else and cash their checks.
