      I was at 13732 Biscayne Blvd in Miami and Martha attended me ... I have been a client for many years and it is the first time she has been helping me telling me that she is the manager ... I ask to make a loan as usual ... the last payment of my loan It was deposited two days ago and she asks me to show her in my app if the check was paid, I without any problem show it to her and then she asks me to show her the status of my account ... which I NEVER had Asked, on previous occasions I had to call the bank to prove that the loan was paid but from there to show my personal account statement it seems disrespectful to me ... even more when she tells me to pay it back in cash, If you as a company give 2 forms of payments, your employees are nobody to tell customers how to pay ... each client decides that it is the most convenient for him .... it goes without saying that I will not return to that location and I'm very sorry not to recommend them, as business you should only care that the people who apply for loans are actively working and that they comply with the payments ... if the client has money in the account after having paid the loan it is not their problem. It was also nothing professional that if you are the manager, you are making comments with a regular employee in front of the client ... very bad service

      They have a 30 day policy to cash checks. Mind you checks are good for 90 days. Didn't make much sense so I had to take my check somewhere else down the road and was cashed with no problem.
