      The branch mgr, Lorena was nice enough over the phone but acted like this company is super top secret and refused to answer any of my basic, generic check cashing questions. I had to call another branch to get them answered. Once in this branch, Lorena and the light-skinned black chick, stood in the back, staring and whispering. Very nasty and unprofessional. Luckily, Kassie represented the company well. Very friendly with great work ethic and emotional intelligence. If I’m ever unfortunate enough to do business at this location again, it will be with her or not at all. Thanks to Kassie, I didn’t have to hurt anyone’s feelings.
