      Went into check into cash to get a potential loan for christmas . When i walked in i was greeted by Ms jacqueline. She was very nice and knowledgable . There was even a christmas tree in the store and it was clean which made me feel at home. Def will tell people about this store for sure .

      Went at 12:50 on a Saturday when they said they close at 1 the door was already closed and locked and looked like it had been for a while dealing with a situation and couldn't get it taken care of

      Jacqueline was very rude and unprofessional. She clearly made mistake when she stated that she manual put my payment in and it was returned from my checking account indicating insufficient funds. She was very assure of her self that that was the action she took on my account. I called corporate and was called back the next day by the Regional Manager, Mr. Albright. He agreed that Jacqueline mishandled my account. I went to the store to share my concerns with her and show my evidence, she didn't want to hear it. She complained of no order of files and she had to do the work all herself. She said she wasn't interested in what I wanted to say and she felt as if I was ATTACKING HER! WOW...That's how some characterize a situation to get the upper hand when they are wrong. Unfortunately, she said her Regional Manager Albright sided with her over me. I paid the adjusted payment and will close out my account very soon with final payment. JACQUELINE told me I needed to pay my bills on time yet she's the one who made the mistake on my account but, received support from her boss Mr. Albright... How privileged is that??? Never again...
