  Half of the reviews here look fake. With several other check cashing places around this place is soon going out of business. There's no concern for customer satisfaction and everything seems to be not important to the employees here. I came for the western union service and had a horrible experience. Only reason I don't give it 1 🌟 is because it was Western Unions fault and not theirs. But their attitude through the whole process was so 🙄 that I hope to never step foot in there again.

  Some how a loan I didn’t have came up on my credit called colonial heights locations multiple times, told that i dont have an account nor do I owe anything. I was instructed to send proof of my credit report showing erroneous debt. I did so three time but the rep said she never got a copy of the email i “CC” myself in and received. She said she would call me back after further investigating issue. Never got a call back nor resolution. Disputed with credit bureau and submitted request of loans documentation, I also have not received. Dont no get a loan from this company that obviously will not have any documents in order*update* I called as Reply said and they found no account under my ssn or name but provided not resulting for check system and credit bureau reporting that I have reported but have no letter confirming no account. Location said they can not send a letter where there is no account, thus no correction or evidence to provide to credit bureau or check system reporting agency! Do not go here even for application. This is a 4 year problem still not resolved.
