      Under normal circumstances, they are great to work with. These aren't normal circumstances and I offered to give them more than I could afford to in order to pay off my account. No one can reasonable promise to make any future payments right now. Since I've payed many hundreds of dollars to them in interest and fees over the past few years, I'm sure it's in both our best interests to take the settlement I offered than to let the account go unpaid.
