  I don’t even think I should give them a star, because they are rude. I did my loan online, and yes it was deposited in my bank account, but when I lost my job and I explained to them what happened the comments from the customer service line says “That’s not my problem, suggest you find a way to get money” nd them hung up on me. Excuse me?? Is this how they treat customers. I have my last payroll coming in from my employer and I did a settlement offer, and I was informed from Casey Chambers “ You are not allowed to do a settlement” Is this seriously how they treat there customers?? They are rude, inconsiderate people. Once I get this loan paid off with them I will never do business with them. Rude, inconsiderate, back stabbing people is exactly what they are.

  Tried to sell a gift card. The clerk told me to scratch the pin off. I did. Then she tells me I need two forms of I D. A state issued driver license is not sufficient. I had a paper insurance card which is expired but I have the updated electronic version in my email. I opened it but she would not even look at it. I was going 2 minutes away to print it since she would not allow me to email it to her so she could print it, but she would not wait. It was closing time! I am stuck with a giftcard with the pin scratched. Thanks a lot Check Into Cash. Good looking out for your customers. On top of everything, she was just rude.

  I go to cash my check and they don't have enough cash on site so they say they will have to put some on a card. Which was fine because they said wal mart wouldn't charge me.. ya because then they charged me $5.95...sooo because you don't have enough cash I have to pay for it? And she just says "yupe" when I ask the worker the same question. Maybe checks into cash should keep enough cash on site for people to cash their checks? I already have to pay $18.00 to cash my actual check. Bad service I won't be coming back.
