  Nothing was fun about the horrible customer service I got over a new hire dark chuby woman with glasses horrible service the lady gave me such a hard time to cash my check even though I've been cashing here for 2 years straight I have no idea what was her problem today but she gave me attitude because I told her I did not have the address of the site that I was currently working since I have switched jobs and on top of that I even gave her my identification card number along with the check with the check star on there was no reason for her to feel uncomfortable or act disrespectful in any way especially because I indicated that I have recently just changed phones as well I think she was a little too judgemental over the fact that I had tattoos but sadly I've been to a lot of check n go cash spots and never had this situation occur especially with me just give me my identification was more than enough and heard them seeing the checks I highly don't recommend cashing your check here at all whatsoever I don't even understand how these people are still getting five star to four star reviews they don't even deserve a star at the end after I saw how frustrated she was I told her I'm just going to take my business elsewhere and cash my check somewhere else she didn't felt embarrassed and you there was going to be a complaint after that so she felt the need to tell me since I have your information I can cash your check here making it completely simple and easy all of a sudden she makes no sense and I have no idea why she even gave me a hard time but she stood there for hours talking to customers she needs to start telling her friends to give her good reviews are possibly the employers giving good reviews and this job site needs to start allowing civilians like myself the real reviews they deserve don't come here ...warning

  After cashing here since I was 23 I had to come back at 25 cuz I got a new job that demanded to pay me through two checks and after I'm getting direct deposit unfortunately I thought I could trust this company since I came here a couple years back and since they already had my record and information nor did I hold back my identification ID the woman with the glasses who was attending the people to cash her checks give me a complete hard time after I told her that I don't have a cell phone available and indicated that I had just recently started my job so I don't have the address or information to the job I gave her the check including the pay stub and you could tell was a legitimate check cuz it was from securitas she still managed to give me a hard time an attitude and instead of sticking to her job she was communicating and chatting taking their sweet time one literally I was the only person in line she made it look like there was 10 people in line and when she finally attended me she gave me a complete hard time that literally backed up the company and left over 5 people in line to 10 within such little time I'm sure there could have been something done about this and we could have got in the process done a lot faster especially because I had filled out the paperwork and indicated the job site and where it was located at I just didn't have direct address she decided to give me attitude I'm not sure how this place even has a 5-star to 4 star but it definitely does not deserve the reviews that it's getting and I'm pretty sure it's all family members co-workers that are just reviewing it don't cash your check here you're not only going to lose your money cuz they charge so much for the fee but your time unless you want to end up with a really bad day today because someone at the front desk had a shity day and decided to give you a shity day
