  Rating is 0 stars because of how super rude the girl at counter was to my husband. He asked what the rate to cash our check was and she responded "its on the board" without even looking at him...she was disrespectful and looked down her nose at us when he asked again..took my check elsewhere.

  The worst experience so far! They waste your time without communicating what they need. I spent 2 hours waiting. Learn to communicate instead of doing things in silence and wasting time!! Time is money!!
