  I was having a problem getting a check cashed, had gone to 3 other places, including the Kroger up the street, and no one would cash it because the amount was "too high". I finally went into the chapman location of check into cash, thinking I was going to get turned down again, but the lady working there, Brandy, really went above and beyond to help me! even though the check was too much for other places, Brandy made phone calls for approvals and really put effort into helping me., I think the other places just didn't want to take the extra time, but not Brandy! She really worked hard to earn my business, and to help me out that day. I will be coming only here in the future, all because of the way she treated me. Great customer service!

  Talked to Skylar on the phone and she was very friendly and pleasant. She gave me instructions how to get here and was very professional with me once I arrived and worked out my Payday loan in a timely matter. Very clean office and easy to get too.
